RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
The item is your responsibility until it is returned to us. The item must be in its original condition.
The item is not eligible for return or refund if the item has been used or damaged by the customer.
The free gift given is not eligible for return or exchange.
Seasonings Specialities will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Seasonings Specialities will check and confirm the condition of the item, customer will receive their refund within 7-10 working days after the confirmation.

SHIPPING POLICY
The parcel will be delivered from our warehouse within 2-3 business day. Exclude Weekend or Public Holiday.
We are not able to deliver one order to different address. Please place each order separately for each unique address.
